Hey everybody this is Cain Ndhlovu founder of Sunrise Start-up Solutions and creator of this new five part free training series for you titled Five Secrets For Getting Quality Customers.

How do you get quality customers ? This is the big question we are going to answer in this series. This is a big question to every business especially start-ups and entrepreneurs because quality customers matter.

Quality customers help you grow. They hardly negotiate your price down. They appreciate the value they are getting from you and they believe that your price is worth it. Quality customers allows you to improve your service delivery or customer service. This is facilitated by the fact that usually quality customers are few as a result you will not spread yourself thin.

So knowing the formula for getting a quality customer is as good as acquiring a license to print money! Fortunately, this is exactly what we are going to do in this series titled Five Secrets For Getting Quality Customers.

What are these secrets ? Well these are secrets I discovered through experience as I was getting started as a newcomer real estate sales agent. Those who know my story knows about how I got started with online marketing by writing property articles on a blog called Property Matters News.

A break through happened in 2014 when I managed to earn commission of $1 000.00. It all started when I wrote a blog post and posted it on Facebook. It was titled,

 “ Financial consequences of purchasing property from a seriously-ill seller and other purchases to avoid ”.

This property article resonated with a Harare lady.

She had just purchased a Msasa house from a seriously-ill seller and there was an outstanding balance. After reading the post she decided to clear this balance immediately by selling another property - a piece of land in Madokero .

 I was the real estate agent she commissioned to do the new sale on her behalf !

Over time I added more online marketing technics besides blogging. In total they are about five and these are what I will be sharing with you in this series. So stay tuned !
